His specific cartoon style and illustrations are admired all over the world. His rich oeuvre includes not only comic adaptations of literary works such as The Three Musketeers, The Hound of the Baskervilles and Dracula, but also comic strip collections (Štěky Broka Špindíry), the educational Komiksový sketchbook and much more. Together with Petr Mack, he created the first Czech superhero series Dechberoucí Zázrak and revived the legendary hero Perak.
