You can find them at a lot of cons in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, recently they were at the Comics Salon in Bratislava, which we also mentioned to you. The name is half deceiving - they definitely don't offer rags, but you can find anime themes in them to a great extent. Animehadry.cz is an e-shop with a really large selection of t-shirts and other things with motifs of popular anime. You can find their stand on the first floor in the foyer of the main hall E1.
