His name is inextricably linked to the comics *Watchmen* and *Batman: The Killing Joke*, where, as a colorist, he helped create the unmistakable atmosphere of two works that have forever influenced modern comics. Fans of British comics also know him for his long-standing work on the magazine *2000 AD* and, above all, for the character Judge Dredd. Among the titles published in Czech, we must also mention his artwork for the graphic novel John Constantine, Hellblazer:
