It is Predrag Bjelac, known for the role of Igor Karkarov in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire! He has appeared in many other films such as The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian and Child No. 44, Gangster Ka, Gangster Ka: African, Rok Podvraťáků, and the series of Circus Bukowski and Rapl.
