We've arranged to start with three actors (Tony Amendola, Robert Picardo and Bernard Hill) and one actress (Victoria Yeates). The meeting takes place in the backstage area - the fan arrives, presents the code, refreshes. Other fans, the moderator and a guest arrive. Then there's about 25 minutes to chat with the guest and take a selfie and get autograph. The moderator just makes sure to get to everyone or help with interpretation.
