The human brain is expanding the existing theatres of war, i.e. land, sea, air, space and cyberspace. It's called cognitive warfare. The brain becomes a battlefield. The enemy wants us to lose faith in democratic institutions and fight each other. The NATO Innovation Hub is collaborating on the Hack the Mind project.
